  I have made this beautiful handmade crochet ear warmer for a 10 year old, so I am crossing my fingers they fit. They are super cute! And don’t ya just love that sparkly yarn! So festive!

Take Two!

I wanted to make a prettier ear warmer in a more festive shade. This one has metallic sparkle in it, as you cannot tell by the picture, but it sparkles! So pretty! As I said in and earlier post I have no children to try it out on so I am crossing my fingers and toes this ear warmer will fit its intended recipient!

 Stay Tuned! Is that still a saying? Ort am I dating myself a little... LOL!

Crochet Easy Bun Hat

 

Hello there again! Today I am sharing this Crochet Bun Hat I made! I knew the weather would be getting cold and my ears would need something to keep warm, but my hair is so thick that I have a hard time keep hats on without stretching them out. So this is a fantastic alternative.  

At top of the hat I have crocheted around a hair band that is used for ponytails, that works nicely around a big fat bun that my wad of hair creates. LOL! It stretches and is just perfect for this idea of a hat.

I already had to wear it twice this week!

Hello again friends and followers! I am using this beautiful Hot Pink yarn for this super long bobble stitch scarf with fantastic tassles! I hope you don't mind multiple blog posts. Crochet Halloween Gnome

 

Made a Christmas Gnome a few years back, and I have been wanting to do the pattern with other holiday themes. So I chose a Halloween Gnome. For this Gnome I used Caron Simply Soft Lt. country peach, neon orange, purple violet,  black, and mint green.

My first Crochet Cardigan

 I am so excited to share with all of you my first ever attempt at a crochet cardigan! I had an issue with the sleeves but I think it still turned out great! This was made as a Christmas gift for my 26 year old daughter. I used Caron Simply Soft Party in the color Silver Sparkle. I just love how it turned out and need to make myself one now!

Cow Lovey Baby Set

 

 

 

This by far is my favorite baby set I have made. Not only did I make the cow lovey, but I made a matching hat and booties to match! The recipient loved the set so much they had their newborn have a photo shoot in it! I am so tickled! Had I known, I would have made a diaper cover to go with my set, since the recipient had someone else make a cover and it was rather larger for a newborn. Yes it works as an afghan, but it is not square, the different brands in yarn fibers made it stretchy in some areas more than others. If you don't practice you cannot get better though.
