Crochet Native American Granny Square

Posted by Angela B. at 2:59 PM 0 comments

I am actually pretty dang proud of myself on this Native

American Square! Why you may ask? It was the first time I

looked at a picture without a pattern and figured it out on

my own without having to buy the pattern! The triangle

was my first attempt at it.

Crochet USA Can Cozy

Finished the  United States flag themed cozy!

Independence Day of the United States, also referred to as Fourth of July or July Fourth in the U.S., is a federal holiday commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, by the Continental Congress declaring that the thirteen American colonies regarded themselves as a new nation, the United States of America, and no longer part of the British Empire.

Crochet Patriotic Pinwheel Wash Cloth

Posted by Angela B. at 3:02 PM 0 comments

These items I crochet for my crochet swap partner in the Crochet Dishcloth Swap. This months dish cloth theme is America. My thought was those pinwheel whirly jigs that kids blow to make spin around or you sit them in your yard in hopes that the wind will spin it. Why not toss in a little key chain charm just for fun!

You can find the pattern for the dishcloth here:

Cow Lovey Baby Set

Posted by Angela B. at 6:12 AM 0 comments

This by far is my favorite baby set I have made. Not only did I make the cow lovey, but I made a matching hat and booties to match! The recipient loved the set so much they had their newborn have a photo shoot in it! I am so tickled! Had I known, I would have made a diaper cover to go with my set, since the recipient had someone else make a cover and it was rather larger for a newborn. Photo of newborn in photo shoot coming soon!
