Crochet Duck Lovey

Hello  again friends and followers!

The Duck Lovey is now complete!

I made a standard Granny square and added the duck head in the center. Then I found this fun little edging pattern to finish it up. Are you wanting to try this pattern? The FREE pattern can be found at links below. The beak I went on my own, no pattern for it.

Crochet Duck Lovey Underway!

I had a request for a duck lovey, I haven't made one yet, so I decided to give it a go. 

I found the duck head from a free duck pattern and went with your basic crochet granny square Afghan. 

As you can see, I did not get the eyes even so that is a do-over. I will also add on another row or two I have not decided. Once completed I will repost the finished  project and provide any free patterns I may have used for this project. Stay tuned!

My husband took a nap and by the time he awakened I was finished and reclining in my chair. He couldn’t believe how quickly I completed this project.
