My daughter once told me I needed to be crocheting items that will sell at craft fairs and such like Baby Yoda. I put it off long enough that he may already be on his way out of style trends, but then I noticed he was still a hot commodity so I decided to try the pattern once again with the yarn weight and hook sizes recommended with the exception of the cloak. It was turning out way too large so I stopped early.

Yes it works as an afghan, but it is not square, the different brands in yarn fibers made it stretchy in some areas more than others. If you don't practice you cannot get better though.
