Crochet Childs Ear Warmer Red Heart Metallic Yarn

Posted by Angela B. at 9:27 PM 0 comments

Hello again my friends and followers!

Take Two!

I wanted to make a prettier ear warmer in a more festive shade. This one has metallic sparkle in it, as you cannot tell by the picture, but it sparkles! So pretty! As I said in and earlier post I have no children to try it out on so I am crossing my fingers and toes this ear warmer will fit its intended recipient!

Stay Tuned! Is that still a saying? Ort am I dating myself a little... LOL!

Oh it is what it is.. Am I right? LOL!

I have already started another using the same pattern in Caron  Simply Soft Sparkle yarn. I will be posting in the next few days #3~

Crochet Childs Ear Warmer Test

Posted by Angela B. at 9:17 PM 0 comments

Let's keep the ears warm this year!

Here it is the test of the pattern for a child size ear warmer. I only have one problem I have no child to test it on. The recipient will get it and we will be hoping for the best. Aye ye ye! But the pattern turned out beautifully. The twist got me twisted the first go, but I was able to get it back apart and do it over again.

Crochet Easy Bun Hat

Posted by Angela B. at 9:15 PM 0 comments

Hello there again! Today I am sharing this Crochet Bun Hat I made! I knew the weather would be getting cold and my ears would need something to keep warm, but my hair is so thick that I have a hard time keep hats on without stretching them out. So this is a fantastic alternative.

At top of the hat I have crocheted around a hair band that is used for ponytails, that works nicely around a big fat bun that my wad of hair creates. LOL! It stretches and is just perfect for this idea of a hat.
I already had to wear it twice this week!

Crochet Christmas Mini Stocking

Posted by Angela B. at 9:07 PM 0 comments

Hello again my beautiful friends and followers!

I probably make one of these mini stockings every year for someone. It all started with my Aunt Connie. She made me one for Christmas one year and I still have it! I cherished that little stocking. Now I know how to make them, I never in my wildest dreams could have imagined that would ever happen. This year it was for decoration for a small corner in my break room at work. I love the Red Heart Metallic Yarn! I think I am addicted to the sparkle! I want more of this yarn!

Hello Friends and followers!

Today I want to share this easy fun hat to make for the winter holidays. I am waiting on ordering ym white pompom for the top once I have a recipient that fits this hat. It turned out smaller than I expected with the Red Heart With Love Yarn I used. I wasn't paying attention to my yarn weight, seen I had the colors and went for it! Here is  link to the pattern I found to make this beautiful hat!

ENJOY!

Crochet Sock Monkey Cup Cozy

Posted by Angela B. at 12:50 PM 0 comments

My Mother’s Day project was to make this guy. I remembered back to my childhood singing, 5 little monkeys jumping on the bed, one fell off and bumped his head, do you remember the rest?

Well off I went to search for an easy quick finish in a day project. I went from citrus coasters, to making a cup cozy instead. Isn’t he cute!
